I can walk alongside you on this path as we discover tools that help you manage these challenges. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2007 with a Master of Arts in Counseling. I have been fully licensed in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 10 years. My primary areas of focus are working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and/or trouble focusing. I have worked in private practice, community mental health, as well as partial hospitalization settings. My style of counseling combines solution focused, client centered methods as well as techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
