Visited Dr Wilson today. Very good and we now have a good plan going forward

I had my 3rd appointment with Doctor Wilson today. She is a very down to earth doctor. She listens to everything I say. She explains everything I need to know and answers all my questions thoroughly. I am very pleased with her and her staff right down to the check out lady, Angela.

This lady is a joke. How in the world she’s managed to keep her hobos beyond me. Her attitude is awful and her bedside manner nil. It’s all about money, not the patient’sbest interest. She borderlines on sadistic if you mention pain, and as a specialist she lacks the compassion that you would she have. She honestly did nothing for me at all. Steadman Hawkins used to be a renowned clinic, but she brings nothing to the table. Her tantrums remind me of someone with mental issues.

You are better off going to a vet. Total waste of time and money. When I said no to surgery right off the bat, and wanted more info, she was done talking to me, walked out of the room in a huff, and sent a nurse in to shove paperwork at me. I guess I made her mad by not letting her gain $25K or so in the operating room. I'm here for medical advice, not to pay a mansion or fancy car payment. I felt like I was in a Butcher Shop.
