I am a new patient of Dr. Wong. I thought doctor will take more time with new patient, but she just wanted to get things done and then see you next year. She is in my network doctor, but somehow she send the lab work to a outside network lab and now I have a huge bill about a thousand dollars for a job that did by a network doctor. Is she not making enough money being a doctor, so she has to gauge new patient's money like this way? Did anyone know where I can file complaint. Insurance company will not even help you.

She did a surgery on me and didn’t come to see me after or called. I’ve had over 10 surgeries with other Drs and she was the only one who didn’t come talk to me about how everything went. I had to make an appointment and wait 2 weeks to see her and find out. Appointments always felt rushed, like she wanted to be in and out quickly. I later came to her with a pregnancy complication and she did not show any empathy and told me if I had any questions I had to go see my fertility Dr (who is 4 hours away). She will not be my Dr.

Dr Wong was my dr for my hysterectomy procedure. She was wonderful and took her time explaining all my options. Once I made my decision everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the aftercare.

Appointment was rushed. I explained I was having problems with my current medication and I was given a trial pack of a medication recently released without any details as to why this medication could help combat the symptoms I was previously having or what was different about this new prescription. I received lab work and they sent my labs to an out of network pathologist without informing me. I was hit with a large bill and not informed of this decision to send to an out of network pathologist. VERY disappointed.

She is an amazing Dr. She delivered my son and I must say I recommend her to deliver yours too! her staff is amazing.

STAFF IS VERY ORGANIZED, DURING MY PRENATAL VISITS I AM IN AND OUT DURING MY LUNCH BREAK. VERY COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE. NO COMPLAINTS.

Dr. Wong delivered my first baby in Feb. She is a very professional doctor. She took care of me from my prenatal to postpartum period. I never want to go to a doctor until I met Dr. Wong, that I looked forward to each following appointment after every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Wong to be your OB doctor. Besides, the staff there are very courteous and professional as well, especially Holly (Hope I got her name correctly). She is a cute nurse and had been very helpful. And one more staff (tall, with dark skin, long hair, and without glasses) who is at the reception area really surprised me because she knows who I am and remember my name even we had not talk to each other. That made me feel I had been really taken care of.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wong. She is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of going to. She gave excellent care throughout my entire pregnancy. She was fantastic during the delivery, which was a difficult one. I cannot say that things would have had the outcome they did had it not been for her excellent skill. I trust no one else to the health of myself and my child. She is highly recommended!!!!

Can't say enough good things. Incredible attention to detail during my entire pregnancy. Always makes me feel important. Follow up by both her and her staff always exceeds my expectations. Always listens and gives plenty of opportunity and time for my questions.
