Dr. Miciara Hernandez Perez, MD

Don't expect to be heard at this location, didn't even make it to the doctor before being told that patient had COVID and had to leave, went for a stomach problem.

Dr. Hernandez always listened and not in a huge rush to get out of the room. She likes to cover all patience concern.

Despite being a patient for over two years, staff was uncaring and unresponsive to needed request for medical clearance for surgery. Office was paid for pre-op appointment, but wouldn't respond in timely manner for update needed by the surgeon. Several calls made by the surgeon's office, the patient, and a personal visit by the patient did nothing to prod the doctor or the staff to follow thru in a timely fashion. Having surgery is nerve wracking enough without having to deal with having to reschedule surgery because your doctor can't find time to submit a simple medical clearance form.

I was very impressed with the attention and care of the whole staff. Dr. Hernandez listend and spoke to me not only like a patient but a friend and not in a huge rush to get out of the room.
