Amazing. Enough said!

Simply the best. Dr Merati is very sharp and extremely meticulous. I’ve seen her for both cosmetics and skin checks and she’s a true perfectionist.

I had one of the best experiences visiting Dr. Merati today. She had excellent manners and really took the time to listen to my aesthetic concerns, desires and the overall look I wanted to achieve. She is extremely precise, careful, and detail oriented and truly invested her time in making sure we got the perfect result! She strives to really put the patient first! I will only be going to her from now on for all my dermatological treatments and aesthetic goals!

I have been seeing Dr. Merati for my stubborn melasma for more than a year now. She is 2 hours from my home but well worth the drive to see her. For the melasma, we have used a number of treatments but most recently Fraxel Dual. I was very nervous about using lasers on my face before the treatment. Dr. Merati is excellent, she and the staff at her El Segundo location prepared me before the treatment, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and followed up afterwards. Surprisingly, the pain is minimal and downtime quite tolerable. The sun spots and hyperpigmentation are now almost gone. My skin also feels tighter and more lifted. The most coverage I reach for now is a tinted sunscreen. I will be referring all my friends and family to Dr. Merati.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Merati for a few months now as a patient and it has been a great experience. I had terrible cystic acne years ago that left me with scarring, and she’s been able to use the right lasers with minimal pain and downtime to clear my skin. My face wasn’t even red a full 48 hours from her skill. She’s the first and only person I trusted to try Dysport/Botox with, and I really appreciated that she didn’t try to oversell me on extra units that wasn’t needed, or have me not looking like myself after it. My face looks softer now and I don’t see my wrinkles on pictures or feel as self conscious. She’s really easy to talk to and really broke things down well. I’m excited to keep coming back!

Saw Dr. Merati for my second skin scan ever. Last one was 5 years ago and was bad experience with a different doctor who seemed to be only interested in plastic surgery prospects than skin scan, Despite having skin cancer in my family, I waited five years based on that bad experience with that different doctor. This time around with DR. Merati - was a very different experience. She made me feel very comfortable, was very personable with talks about her new cat. She did notice and inquired about every spots she saw which verified how professional and thorough he examination was. I will sure go back every year from now on. Great experience!
