Never been to a doctors office that had u waiting for more the 2 hours. I had a 1030 opp. And it's is 1245 now and still no doctor. This is my second visit and my last.

I have been seeing Doctor Batlle , for about 3 years he is the most compassionate Doctor I have ever seen ..yes his waiting room does get full but he will sit and talk to me for as long as I need to answer any questions I have he sends me for testing when there is a problem and there have been many I feel safe Talking to him about anything . He really does care about people and there well being I know that all my appointments are going to be long but I don't get mad because I know that he is giving his other patients the same time and care that he gives to me . He does have 1 aide that works for him her name is Linda and is a pure witch she thinks that she is the doctor I have complained many times about her and I make sure That I make my appointments when its her day off .sometimes I have been unlucky and she was working she is always questioning what the Doctor prescribes me that is his Job not her's she may read my file but she does not know everything that me and the Doctor talk… about he prescribes what he feels I need at that time .Every time you see your Doctor its rarely for the exact same thing .I love My Doctor and would send anyone I care for to him he is a honest caring man .

I love Dr. Batlle but his staff is unorganized unfriendly they will lie to on the phone and tell you that have taken car of something when they have not for instance paperwork, testing. They will even say they have spoken to Dr. Batlle when they have not and will lie about it. I know good help is hard to find but really in a Dr. Office environment these people do not need to be working there!

A few weeks ago, I wrote a bad review about Dr. Battle based on something he didn't do for me. However, I might say that despite my pride, I was wrong about him. The other day, I got a phone call from one of the nurses, advising that Dr. Battle needed to see me in reference of my blood test. At first, I said I wasn't going back to him ever again, but I got concerned when the nurse told me that even if I didn't go back to Dr. Battle, to make sure my new doctor requested my blood test results. So I made an appointment and went to see him one more time. Dr. Batlle sat with me for a long time, despite the fact that his office was full of other patients waiting to be seen. He explained to me the results of my blood test, and he even gave me all I needed to correct my problem, or at least relief it. My blood sugar was 500! He is, indeed, a compassionate Dr. who cares about his patients, and worries for their well being. I wanted to erase my previous comment, but I was not allowed to do… that. Like life itself, you cannot go back in your mistakes, but you can make them a lesson for others and for yourself. So I decided to write another review, this time with a very positive input about Dr. Battle. I'm staying with him, and I sure thanked him, because if he would have not insisted to see me, I would have probably ended soon in the ER.

Came to this dr after referral from friend. The staff is just down right nasty and barely answers any questions you may have. Everyone packed into the tiny waiting room is complaining about Dr. Battle. Had an appt for 10am the Dr didn't even bother to show up until 3pm. No call from the staff stating they were going to be behind. Just waiting and waitIng with what I feel lack of care. Switching Drs ASAP
