Dr. Miguel Castrejon, MD

WONDERFUL experience with the doctor. HORRIBLE experience with the office overall. Most unorganized office. Appointments were always messed up and it was nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or call back when messages are left.

Dr. Castrejon doesn't believe in pain complaints from his patients. His wife works on the front office and often, together, they are very vocal about how patients/people should just get over their pain. Dr. Castrejon misdiagnosed my condition, as he never performed thorough examinations during my appointments. he has no sympathy for patients, and the pain or discomfort they are going through. Be careful because if any issues arise, his wife, who works the front office, will discuss them with you. She is very unprofessional and mean, but she handles all discussions on behalf of the doctor. Neither this doctor, or his wife, will be sympathetic to your needs as a patient. This doctor is a pain doctor, yet won't believe patients complaints of pain, and after I went through unnecessary surgery bc he misdiagnosed me - I would steer clear of this doctor.

Received excellent and through treatment. Reached a good recovery with my hard work which was necessary. The physican and physical therapist can not do it all. He helped me get back to work and being a productive and functional individual again.

His diagnosis was not accurate compared to three other EMG's I had which turn out to be accurate, get second opinion if he does an EMG for carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome?

Didn't seemed rushed and was behind schedule and seemed concerned and answered questions and was caring and didn't make it seem like all was in your head to start with, of which it was not.

Do not trust this man if you are seeing him for a workmans comp injury. He will gain your trust and bad mouth you to the insurance company! Before you see him remember he gets paid by the insurance company. Your well being is not his priority.
