Such a great doctor! Dr. Cruz took time for me and gave me an honest evaluation. So grateful to have met him and will definitely continue to have him be the person I go to for treatment. Thank you Dr. Cruz!

Dr Cruz does incredible work in difficult situations. He does his part but patients have to follow through with the physical therapy in order to have good results.

This doctor showed little interest and didn't show any concern to my questions. He would just walk in and then leave the room after 2 minutes. He was too busy doing his paperwork. I work with my hands in industrial maintenance .He released me too soon to go back to work full duty , even though I couldn't close my hand. After seeing the doctor, the person scheduling the appointments told me to wait and they would call my name. After sitting for over 2 hours, I asked the person if she was going to give me the appointment, she replied that she forgot to call me. Even though it was just me and another patient in the waiting area. How long does it take to look in the computer and schedule an appointment? Another time they said they were going to call me for my next appointment, (after they made me wait for an hour) and surprise they never did call. The office staff is not very organized and they were too busy talking among themselves, instead of helping the patients.
