Not impressed, had 8 shots in my back and my pain was not corrected

Very caring,smart and professionable

Medicine that i was given made me worse then before my first visit. I would show up for my appointment that was given to me and wrote on a card and would be told that it was the next day then charge me $80 for missing the appointment that i showed up for then when they would see me all they would do is a drug test. The office phone was a personal cell phone and all of the stuff had a hard time speaking English

I cannot discourage adamantly enough anyone considering coming to this "clinic". The doors were locked at 15 minutes prior and at the exact time of my appointment. The staff was unbelievably disorganized, rude, and inefficient with time management. My blood pressure being taken was literally the only thing that I got accomplished by going to my appointment as the doctor didn't even understand what I was saying in regard to the the accident I was in, or the pain I was referring to. HUGE language barrier, both with him and his staff. I cannot recall a time in my life when I have experienced a more unprofessional medical experience and I have travelled to third world countries and witnessed a multitude of different appalling situations and the way I was treated here was unforgivable. No one goes to a pain management clinic expecting to be spoken poorly about because of not being able to walk properly due to pain, yes...I am multi-lingual so I did understand what was being said about… me by the staff, but I shouldn't have to speak a different language when making a medical appointment in America, so speaking English and watching the dr.'s eye's glaze over because he either didn't understand or didn't care, made me unapologetic about not switching over to his native tongue. I wasn't there to do them favors or to make them comfortable, I was there to be seen in a professional manner and receive compassionate care, which never happened. Do not waste your time, money, insurance, and most importantly, don't prolong your pain in coming to this clinic because they literally won't be able to understand you which of course prohibits any help or relief.

He is by far one of the best Physicians I have seen and believe me there have been many he spent one hour with me my first visit pulled up my mri's showed me what was wrong and put a treatment plan in order. My hats off to him he treated me with compassion that means the world to me suffering from cronic pain.
