Dr. Mihaela N Marin, MD

I found that Dr. Marin provided kind and compassionate care. She was straight forward in her discussion of my medical problems and provided possible a variety of medical solutions for solving my problems. I really appreciated her attitude and communication skills.

It is impossible to see the doctor in an emergency. Beeing a patient and told “no” you will need to go to the ER to get help! Specifically after having been told to call if current pain medication did not help. It’s very difficult to get timely call back, even though the doctor and her staff know that we live 30minutes drive away from the office. Do not rely on this doctor to help in an emergency. Pleasant enough for routine exams, but very poor billing and bookkeeping system.

Faid to provide followup to service. No response from Dr.after 3 calls.

Dr Marin is kind, provides ample time at appointment to explain treatment plan and answer questions. If she weren't their we'd find another provider as her office staff is rude, fails to follow up when they say they will and doesn't get messages to Dr. Marin. Waiting multiple weeks for test results is unacceptable. Office staff over 2 week period said results are with doctor and she'll contact you. Days go by with no follow up. Call office again and now results never received so they will request again. Couple more days and still no follow up So call again and told we just received results and Dr will call. Still waiting...so we contacted lab who said they sent results twice so where are they? Office staff should understand they are in a service industry and patients are under much stress waiting on results. So they should handle themselves and the office in a more concerned and caring manner. Their actions certainly reflect poorly on the entire office.

Without her Laptop she knows nothing. Does not have good specialists to recommend. All her recommendations for specialists had 1 star reviews. When she did not know what I had (a painful neurological disease) she told me I was no longer her patient. She is not part of any network, so she cannot refer you to a good specialist. Also the open MRI facility she had my MRI scan done at was so bad that no MD could read it. So I had to pay to get another MRI done.

She's one of the greatest physicians i've Ever met.

Dr Marin is very knowledgeable and caring. She takes her time and really listens. She will work with your limitations and make a plan. The problem is an unorganized office and having to wait long periods to see her.......often having called in prescriptions not called or faxed in.... It is my hope that the office learns to work more effeciently and then this would be a terrific find.

I have complex medical problems and she understood immediately what I was saying, and how to treat me. Excellent care, excellent staff.

Terrible experience all the way around. Tried her as my PCP for a year, will not return. Terrible bedside manner.

Dr. Marin is very knowledgeable and up to date in her field of medicine. She is very gentle, caring, and professional. She is unrushed as she listens to patient's symptoms, concerns and exams thoroughly making an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Marin explains details informing the patient in simplified terms. During the appt. she types making notations on her laptop, keeping her records orderly. She is respectful and takes her job seriously. She has the ability that she applies making her patients feel at ease to discuss medical issues without making one anxious. I trust her with my health and have been a very satisfied patient for several years now. She runs a bit behind on the appt. time given, which I welcome knowing she is giving her very best and is dedicated to each and every one of her patients. I admire that she is not a check you in/get you out asap. When in her care, she is genuinely careful in learning how her patient feels. This is crucial in making/sustaining the doctor patient… relationship strong. She proves each visit to dedicate herself as a reputable doctor and she is simply not there just for the pay a doctor receives. She is there helping lives and making the best for each individual. I highly recommend her to patients of all ages.
