Dr. Mihaela Valentina Stoica, MD

Dr. Stoica is by far the best psychiatrist I have seen. She is very caring and knowledgeable. She has help me overcome my depression and I feel great these days. I am so happy to have her as my physician.

Stoica stops taking insurance due to she doesn't like the fees that insurance is paying. It told me quickly that she is more concerned about her wallet vs her patients mental health She charges extensive office visit fees for short visits.

This is the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. She spent less than 30 mins with me the first day and charged $350 for the session. I showed up for my next appt and she took the girl that showed up late when I was on time. I wasn’t going to wait for 30 mins so I got a refund from the office lady. I just received a bill in the mail for a missed appointment! Unbelievable!

I took my teen daughter to see Dr. Stoica & I was very pleased. My daughter liked her fine too. Dr. Stoica actually called my daughter back without introducing herself to me first & that bothered me some. She spent a fair amount of time with my child alone & a good amount of time with the both of us. I appreciated Dr. Stoica's emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy & her straight-forwardness.

Her staff is very rude and very unprofessional especially Christi. I've been taking my daughter to doctors for years and I have never been treated worse by a doctor's office. The doctor is impersonal.
