Upon visiting Dr Shin office, I was greeted with friendly and professional staff who quickly got me in to see Dr. Shin. I was diagnosed with serious multiple inner nose conditions and after having surgery, I can finally breathe fully for the first time in decades. Excellent care! Highly recommend!!!

I had an appointment for my 10 month post op visit. I have never been late or cancelled. I live over an hour away. This morning (1-24-2020) I got up and we were under a dense fog advisory with 0.0 visibility. I called at 8 am to reschedule and the receptionist was rude and said it didn’t matter why I was cancelling, I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I responded that I could not control the fog and with zero visibility, it was not safe to drive over an hour for my 5 minute visit for him to check the paralysis for nerves cut during my surgery. This office is out of touch with reality

I wanted to publicly thank Dr. Shin with a great review. I was misdiagnosed for two years. Dr. Shin figured out what was wrong. It was causing deafness in my right ear. Infection that was obstructing my ear drum. It was causing a huge polyp in my ear. I am grateful and extremely thankful to finally have a diagnosis and plan to help regain some hearing back. I know I'm in good hands.
