Dr. Mikhail G Gendel, MD

We’re be pacients of Dr. Mikhail Gendel for so long. But today I very disappointed. I took my handicapped daughter to the Dr. office this morning and they are not taking any distancing regulations in waiting area so I went to the front desk and the clerk told me that if we are doesn't want to wait to go outside. They are very rude and unprofessional

1. His office charged me $80 deposit for an annual checkup, which is unheard of at my previous doctors'. 2. His office doesn't accept credit card, but never mentioned that when I was making the appointment. That forced me to use an ATM and ended up paying almost $8 in ATM fees. 3. His office never told me to fast for the blood work, forcing me to make a second trip to a lab. 4. The doctor made me wait for 47 minutes before seeing me. 5. They charged me $21 for a physical, and $20 to give me the physical result over the phone, both of which were free with my previous doctors. 6. After a dozen calls with them, they still cannot/would not tell me when I can get my refund.

By far, the worst clinic I've experienced. I would give no star if it was an option. Accepts only cash or check and fails to mention it when making an appointment as a new patient. When I called to inform that I will be switching to another provider, Dr. refused to provide refill for my med, and basically held my medicine for ransom, which is very unprofessional! Majority of staff are very rude and the place is just filthy and questionable whether the place is properly sanitized. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Dr. Gendel treats my in-laws for over 20 years now, so he is literally a Family doctor that is a part of the family. The time and effort he puts in his work, the attention to details, erudition and experience largely contributed to the fact that my in-laws are still in good health, considering their age. Thank for all your help.

People often ask how come we look and feel so healthy, and I awlays say that it is because our wonderful doctor Michael Gendel is in charge of our health in the last 20 years.
