Dr. Milad Asfar, DO, DABVLM

I had a very bad experience this morning. I am upset and very disappointed. The "doctor" that was evaluating me was very rude, aggressive and lacking any compassion. Talked to me for 30 seconds and walked away while he was telling me (not discussing) the plan that he was proposing. I asked him to come back and talk to me. He did and I thought that was the end of it. I explained that I didn't want morphine nor any narcotic he became agitated because I declined Morphine any other narcotic he was trying to push for no apparent reason. Became very aggressive , not willing to listen, belligerent, rude and condescending. He threatened to not provide treatment and told me to "get out of here", and said " I'll call security to kick you out", he aggressively punched the curtain, he tried to justify ordering unnecessary labs because according to him "the or is going to need it". Which by the way was a very premature conclusion that me made. He then ordered a diagnostic test that I didn't… agree to. I had to question the radiology tech what test was ordered. Which was the wrong test. He refused to give me his name. He states he is the only one I can talk to. He said " you will have to go to the higher ups" . The nurse and tech also refused to give me his name. I asked the nurse if I can have more fluids after the completion of my first bag because I clearly needed it. She said she will ask the doctor. She came back with another bag and changed it while there was still more than half of the bag left. She threw away the remaining fluids from the first bag in the trash. It seams everyone was trying to protect the doctor on my account. During discharge, again the nurse tried to not give me the fluids that I needed. She was about to stop the second bag which again had more than half the bag in it. I asked her to wait till its done. The providers name is Milad Asfar. I obtained his name from the discharge papers. The nurse was Cindy.
