Staff is good but wait times are always bad and the front staff doesn’t really seem to care. Office should be more careful with others’ valuable time and be more consumer / customer friendly - as that is what patients are.

The Dr is good. I think she has been good with my kids but apptments are a half day experience. ALWAYS late. (1+ hrs).

I moved to Pullman & Ariza pediatrics three years ago after a frustrating experience with another pediatric office in DC where the waiting room was ridiculously small and hot, the waits were long, and we would never see the same doc so we never felt like they knew our kids. Pullman & Ariza is different. They have decently sized sick and well waiting rooms, the wait is decent (10 mins?). Best of all, we like and trust Dr Ariza and feel like she knows my kids. We have also seen the NP Erin a few times and like her very much too.
