When you visit a doctor it is because you have a health issue or wish to make sure you don't.You expect respect and caring people. The doctor was "OK" but her staff was rude. I wish to make sure that if you call or go and Nicole is rude to you, let her know. Respectfully, I did. Of course, she hang up on me. I called again a month few days after a minor surgery because of a severe pain and she said the doctor was available in 4 days. I insisted to be seen and explain and rudely she said " I told you already you can't be seen and hang up on me". This is disrespectful and careless staff. Was interesting that same day I end up at the emergency room and when they asked who was my doctor, two people, same day, complained about the doctor and staff. One was the nurse who attended me. Wont go back again.

Terrible experience. Office staff was rude. She literally did not know how to take my blood pressure and told me to "forget it". Blood pressure was never taken. Office was dirty and Dr. Diaz did not appear to be knowledgeable or interested in a condition that was revealed in my tests.

They are always running behind, but Dr. Diaz is wonderful. She is very intelligent, personable and welcoming.

AFTER VISITING SEVERAL DOCTORS FINALLY I MET DR DIAZ. SHE LISTENED, ASWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ,CARED ABOUT ME AND WASNT RUSHING ME OUT THE DOOR, I JUST LOVE DR. DIAZ I RATHER WAIT A COUPLE MORE MINUTES TO SEE A GOOD DOCTOR THAT NOT WAIT AND GET A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Dr. Diaz has been wonderful for me so far and she would soon be delivering my first child! Her way of diagnosing soothes all my concerns and she addresses all my questions very well.. Wait times sometimes are beyond an hour, but considering her treatment, I think it is worth! Setting up appointments was a hassle for first time.. But follow up check ups run real smooth! Just get in touch and u will know type doc she is!! I wud recommend her to everyone expecting or trying to conceive!

I saw Dr. Diaz and felt she was a very knowing, caring and involved doctor. I have a complicated case and she was on point, the top of her game.

I've been with this doctor primarily bcz she came highly recommended. After putting up with her rude office staff members time and time again, I finally decided to end my relationship with this office/doctor. Also, I have a condition that requires follow ups, and think again, if you think you'll ever get the doctor to meet with you to go over your results, as this may take six weeks (plus) to see her and forget about the phone as the doctor does not call back. I finally called the office again, and this time I requested copies of my medical file, I was told that it would need to be done in writing and there is a fee of $.75 cents/per page. I wrote the letter as they had requested and surprise - surprise - as of today, I have not recv a response to my written request or a call back from the office saying that my files are ready for pick up. This doctor and office have only shown me time and time again that they have no concern for their patients, it is a shame since she shows high… ratings really? for what? I ask...not based on my experience.

Horrible wait time and switched doctor after 2nd visit. It was the same thing the first time as well where wait was an hour long

Dr. Diaz is an amazing doctor. She delivered my first child and will deliver my future children. She waited with me for hours while I was in labor and held my hand for most of it (even though it was in the wee hours of the morning.) I would recommend her to everyone.
