Almost impossible to get doctors office for appointments or check on excisting appts.

My mom is seen by Dr. Jansky almost on a regular basis. At times he's helpful and understanding of patient's needs. Other times he acts irresponsibly and doesn't want to listen to anyone but himself. I hope he realizes it one day and takes better care to his patients.
