Dr Williams was on time and very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He easily maneuvered online to obtain necessary information needed from other providers to complete a confident diagnosis and treatment plan. This was a blessing for me and my wife with the ease of the process and allowed me the opportunity to make an informed decision. Thanks to Veronica his assistant that made us comfortable making sure we were ready for the doctor.

Dr. W did a cystoscopy for me and I was awake with only a local anesthesia. There was hardly any pain. Great procedure!!!! Also I like that he listens, explains thoroughly,and gives alternatives. Did I mention that he LISTENS!!!
