So bad. Rude and incompetent staff. After many years, still, her nurse can not get my prescriptions and supplements correct on file. And after staff didn't call in to update refills in time, I ran out. I requested they call it in asap because now I was on day 2 and suffering acute withdrawal symptoms because this drug should never be stopped abruptly. And then the staff yells at me, Dr is too busy and it takes 48 to 72 hrs, After 5 hrs, called in again - still Nothing! I'm done.

Have seen her several times for a recurring problem and she is always the most attentive. Very familiar, very sweet, office staff can be impatient but it's worth it. Longtime patient, I love her dearly.

This doctor was very kind and caring to me but because of major staff incompency and rudeness prescriptions don't get called in and there is no following up on doctor's instructions. Doctor only works part time at one location so is not available for calling in the prescriptions she says she will prescribe. All in all a very bad situation for the patient.

Unable to properly diagnose symptoms and unwilling to refer to specialist who can. Seems more interested in prescribing meds than listening to patient concerns and understanding the root cause of medical ailments.

Very uncommunicative, rushed examinations, just seems unenthusiastic about her job or finding solutions for patients. My mother has been on the same course of treatment and has been hinting at her about psychological issues and she has missed all the cues. I am telling my mother to look for a more assertive doctor.

Did not spend enough time...didn't even EXAMINE my eye, just took my word for it and gave me a script...failed to get back to me after x-rays...the list goes on and on...I will be finding another Doctor asap

Dr.'s office is all women which is very comfortable for me. Dr. also has online office website so you can contact them without being on the phone. Office staff is upbeat and easy to talk to.

Physical examinations are very limited, communication non-existent, diagnosis is usually wrong.
