Dr. Santo Tomas is knowledgeable, caring and treats you like you are her only patient. She listens to any concerns you may have and spends as much time needed to solve your problems. Dr’s like her are hard to find in these hectic times. She is one in s million! I would recommend her without any hesitation.

Super unprofessional and thinks she's Gods gift. No regard for patient wait time. To see the queen you have to wait at least 3 hrs or more!!! Please!!! Karma is real...

Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours to see the Doctor. The office staff is incompetent. There are days where they will not answer their office phone. Refilling prescriptions is always a problem. Just a bad experience overall and would never recommend that anyone see this doctor.

Every time you call they put you oh hold until they eventually hang up on you. Last visit I was sitting waiting in the lobby for 3hours and 45 minutes!! Almost 4 hours and finally when she called me in she told me I could go to another cardiologist because she heard me complaining in the lobby about the wait time. Basically, your time is worthless compared to hers and God forbid you ask about it because you will be thrown out by the Doctor herself. What goes around comes around doc!!

This dr is very unprofessional. After waiting 3 hours to see her, she didn't even apologize. Unacceptable!!! Instead of being nice, she had an attitude. Definitely not coming back to see her. Thumbs down

Dr Santo Tomas is either very nice or very mean and condescending. Overall , very unprofessional office staff and Doctors. Have been twice and have waited about 3 hrs to be seen by the dr. Then she spent 20 minutes with me and fakes that she got a phone call from one of her PTs in the hospital and has to leave. She did this twice. What a con artist!!! Super unprofessional overall . What a joke. Very scary!!!! Will Nor go back
