Dr Ashworth is so caring

The Dr. Was very generic with my concern. She jumped straight to a prescription that I did not want to take and then told me to google the other option. She also told me to go to a specialist. Which I do not think is needed. She also told me for another issue that because the last time I was there, I also didn't want a prescription for it, we weren't going to talk about it and she just ignored it completely.

It was ok but the kindness could have been a whole lot better. I'm referring to the physicaan

Although she did quickly discuss my problems she seemed rushed. This may have been because she was running behind schedule. After presenting a concern she was quick to refer me on to another provider but not to discuss the problem. I did appreciate her pointing me toward getting the problem investigated and solved but was hoping for a little more dialogue. This was my first appointment (I had been with my precious doctor for 15-20 years) and I was hoping to get a feel for the Dr that would be providing my health care. I do have to say I've been pleased with her referrals and trying to diagnose any problems I may have. She also said she would complete my on-boarding at my next visit. She has follwed up on my blood workup and has made further referrals for which I'm scheduled.

She is very efficient and informative!

[...] She did not make eye contact when I spoke and was very brief when asking questions. While she may be extremely knowledgeable, I didn't feel comfortable opening up to discuss concerns or issues.
