Dr. Ming Hong, MD

What a joke. I went in for help with migraines, and he literally told me to drink water and take a nap. Gave no hope of treatment, basically shrugged his shoulders. When pressed, he tried prescribing me a medication I was counterindicated for. I cried all the way home. So glad I found a DIFFERENT neurologist who is compassionate, helpful, and gave me my life back. Do NOT visit Dr Hong if you need actual help

I would only recommend seeing dr Hong if you want a doc that will not take you seriously. Within 5 minutes of talking to him he had decided it was ”all in my head” while I had serious muscle problems going on. If you have kaiser permanente see a different neurologist, I really liked dr ito.

Kept on giving me baclofen when it was no help and there was other treatments I could have tried.

I found him indifferent. Told me my diabetes blood work was the worst he ever saw and that was the problem. No suggestions or recommendations to improve it or coaching or encouragement. Had a hard time understanding staff.

all dr Hong wanted to give me was baclofen when there many different treatments.very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of treatment I got.....
