I have been seeing Dr Lai for more than ten years. He listens to my health concerns and advises. Don’t know about Steward Medical Group though. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They don't respond to Pharmacy calls to update prescriptions. Can't get a referral after 2 visits. Pass this one up.

Have been going to Dr.Laid since 1998 I am now 70 and have no plans of going to anyone else.

I visit Dr. Ming twice per year and have never had a negative encounter. Always get an appointment quickly, never have to wait more than 15 minutes in waiting area, they call back promptly with blood test results and doctor listens to and addresses any concerns.

No one from the office called me back and I had to call 3 times for results and when I said that I was mad about this I was hung up on. I saw Tara Buck she was pretty courteous and said she would do blood work and other tests. I was told I would be called for my results which did not happen.

As a long time patient greater than 10 years I have always been forgotten. I have never been followed up on I haven't had a repeat scans I haven't even had a mammogram in over 8 years I've never been reminded to do any testing and all the doctor ever does is give me the same medication and show me out the door as fast as he can get me out he spends a total of 3 minutes in the room with you hardly listening to what you have to say and what problems you're having. He also has a major issue with filling medications he can't seem to feel them on time the orders or directions are always different and it was he who prescribe them

I am very happy that Dr. Lai takes my insurance again...He stopped taking Humanna and now I have champv.a....which he takes. He is an excellent doctor.... .

Dr. Lai is simply the best. He knows what he is talking about and always has the best interest for his patients. If there are even any discrepancies with waiting too long, it is only because he is giving each patient the best care and consideration. I would highly recommend Dr. Lai, you will not be disappointed.
