Dr. Mingfang Annie Cheng, MD

After I waited over 30 minutes to be called back to a room to see the doctor, they had me wait in an exam room for another hour before I finally popped my head out to ask what time it was, an employee gave me the time and walked away. Not one medical assistant or nurse or doctor came and told me what the hold up was or said "hey I'm sorry for your wait, we are doing the best we can" or anything of the sort. I could hear lots of chatter and staff talking about their personal lives, but no one could be bothered to actually work. I got the impression by the cleanliness at first that this was not the nicest place, but that maybe the doctor and the staff would make up for that, but they did not. Very inconsiderate staff. Where I work, there would be no tolerance for this lack of cleanliness or lack of patient care. I ended up leaving after an hour and a half and letting them know I need to get home and I haven't seen a single person since they put me in an exam room an hour ago, and there… was no apology or even recognition of how ridiculous this was. When I called to make the appointment, I asked if they do blood work for Titers, and the woman who was making my appointment said she did not know what that was. The woman did not bother to ask or tell me she would find out for me, this should have been my warning that this place was going to be a complete waste of my time.
