She is a really good doctor here in illinois she used to be my doctor she delivered my daughter isabel in 2014. She made me feel safe and she was caring and sweet. If I had a choice I would definitely pick her. So sad she had to leave kankakee

If you're looking for a doctor and an office that truly cares about its patients and fellow human beings then you must at all cost absolutely avoid this place!! Even if it's an emergency do not go to this office! I recently was in the emergency room where I have been informed that the violent attack that I survived resulted in a vaginal hernia. So obviously needing a follow-up and probably some surgery I contacted my providers, not only did I have to wait a pretty long time to be able to get into this office even though they knew it was an emergency. I arrive 20 minutes early and immediately was confronted with a bad attitude about my mask it has slipped down a little bit and I was in the process of correcting it. she asked me for my insurance in my identification and I give her my insurance cards and I tell her that I just renew my license and it hasn't come in the mail yet,she tells me that I will have to reschedule my appointment if I can't prove my identity so I asked her if I got… onto the DMV website and showed you my online ID. She said that would be fine and I immediately started contacting the department of motor vehicles, which is always kind of a cluster$#@& anyway, that basically the covid-19 structures have have placed new rules at the department of motor vehicles,so after being on hold for about 18 minutes the nurse came back out and asked how it was going, I informed her that I was on hold but everything was working fine.she responded with if you aren't able to get it done in the next five minutes we will have to reschedule so I said okay, after 5 minutes I attempted to get her attention for several minutes because I wanted to just ask for some Grace. I explained to her that this was an emergency that the emergency room had referred me, I explained that I came from Arlington all the way to Richardson 40 miles for this appointment , then I point out that I've been nothing but nice and cooperative.I tell her clearly I'm not trying to steal you by his identity I've showed you all my insurance cards my library card, my credit cards and am still on hold with the department of motor vehicles so that they could also verify my identity for her! Which meant absolutely nothing to he ,nothing at all all! All she wanted to do is throw attitude and reschedule the appointment. So I beg to go after the next patient comes in, she responded with I don't have another patient coming in, it's just our policy if you're more than 20 minutes late for your appointment we must reschedule! I wasn't 20 minutes late!I was 20 minutes early!I was working with the her to satisfy their policies and was still turned away in an emergency situation!l!? because I did not have my Texas drivers license with Pleading for empathy and compassion I finally had to accept that rules and policy are more important than a patient or patients discomfort. In this day and age there's been a heavy emphasis on women standing up for themselves and each other! it's extremely hard to understand how a trained medical professional could care more about policy than humans. Please please please do not use this doctor services!
