Dr. Minping Liu, MD

I went to her office do an annual check last week, she was just standing at the door and chat with you for few minutes and rush to anothet patient. Thought it would be in an office with door shut with your doctor. All then conversations will be confidential. Instead, she just standing at the door quickly did a annual check. She scheduled my x-ray to tuft. When i arrived, the front desk at tuft called her to correct something, overheard that was her second time made mistakes sending reports to front desk in a week. I was waited at Tuft for a while for Dr Liu to send back the correction paper in order to do x-ray. In additioal, she is a very inpatient doctor, called me for results today with bad attitude. I was trying to ask questions, she hung up my phone....i will try to find another family doctor to go with.

5 minutes exam just talking over the phone with the other and even not listen to the patient at all.

First of all, the waiting time at her clinic was over an hour. The staff was rude and unfriendly. They only care about the number not the patient. She took care of my mother for over 5 years and rarely addressed her rhmatoid arthritis. For my mother's peripheral neuropathy, she prescribed narcotic instead of Neurontin. As a health care provider, I feel this physician is uncaring, does not care about building rapport with her patients. She was rude at our last visit and we will NEVER go back to her clinic again.

one of many, many examples: Lab result shows that I have high cholesterol. She gave me the scrip, and when I ask for more info. She simply reply that her job is to give me prescriptions for meds and it's up to me if I wanna take it or not.

Quick on every visit, just wanna give meds and print out referals and get to the next patient.. Not answering personal concerns in depth. Does not even look at me for more then half a minute, busy with the computer all the time. and too many unnecessary follow ups...does not personally return phone calls and does not have email. South Cove may look new but communication level and customer service is in the 90s.

Have very limited time and patience with the patient, keep having patient come back for follow up, but not focus on resolving the problem while the visit. Sometimes was very rude.
