Dr. Mira Kheny, MD

I am 68 years old and have had my share of internists and PCPs through the years. Dr. Mira Kheny is the most thorough I have ever dealt with. She takes her time with every patient, listens, is truly concerned and evaluates and refers if needed. I put my medical health in her hands and trust her completely.

Very personable and concerned.

DR, kheny has horrible bed side manners. Her first words to me were you need all your teeth pulled. mind you she said this before even saying hello. I'm very sensitive about my bad teeth, she didn't bother asking why or how they got so bad, she just made faces and ignorant comments about my teeth. I went home and cried. Very rude and unprofessional. Her office ladies gave me the wrong paperwork when I called the office about this the lady on the phone argued with me, saying she never gave me the wrong papers. I went into the office the next day with the wrong paperwork to switch it out for the correct one. She didn't say hello or even look at me, just handed me the new paperwork. I told the office lady next time don't argue with a patient on the phone when you were the one who screwed up the papers. She proceed to yell at me in the middle of the officer infront of other patients.

1 vist: everything was going well she was asking my questions about school. When I responed she seemed uninterested. That's ok. She's saying all this things and she says "Hmm anemia you cant have you look like you eat well" the way she said it just rubbed me the wrong way. So I tell her my symptoms diagnoses me and sends me to get blood work. I don't get why I have to go somewhere else to get bloodwork. 2 weeks pass I come back get my results they come out positive so she gives prescribes me the medication. She gives me the perception. I go to the pharmacy and they only give me 2 but I have to take 3. So I call the pharmacy they still don't have it on the 3rd day I call the doctor and they don't call me back till the next day. So when they do call me back they say my insurance won't give it to me. So they give me a whole bunch of samples instead. I'm not sure if they were working because I got really bad cramps. And called anout that. After calling so many times she decides to send… me to a specialist.

I have never met a doctor so horrible! as a previous patient her lack of knowledge and kindness is non exsistent! I went in for a check up and the first the she mentioned was my weight in a very rude manner. Not to metion not calling back after I was having serious symptoms of a heart attack and being sent to the ER! Overall never again will i go back to Mira Kheny...never should she had been given the tital of a "DOCTOR"

She is a nice considerate caring doctor She works very hard and really cares about her patients She makaes us all feel like family
