The worst experience with a provider I have ever had in my lifetime. Being a nurse myself, I have worked with many providers in my professional experience and this experience by far was the worst. Two appointments were made. I was on time for both yet she was 10 minutes late for both then tried to end the session 10 minutes early. Doing the math, at charging $120 per session, her taking 20 minutes out of 60 away from the session that I am paying out of pocket for is absolutely ridiculous. Tardiness happens, but she in no way seemed apologetic or seemed to mind trying to end the session early on top of being late. Before our sessions even started, I spoke with her over the phone about what my expectations were for the course of our visits. My impression was that she understood that what I needed from her was a recommendation for my son who had sadly experienced a series of traumatic events. I needed the recommendation in a given time frame which I also conveyed to her. We set up two… appointments as described above and the end result was that she basically said she couldn't fully provide me with what I needed, but offered to give some half recommendation for my son. I asked her to email and or mail this to me as soon as possible. She saw how visibly upset I was during our last session both in regards to what happened to my son and for the fact that she was not willing to provide me with what I came for in the first place- a full recommendation. She did, however, say she would write something and provide it to me as soon as possible. As I write this review today (over two months since the last visit) I still have not received the letter that she promised to provide in a timely manner- a few weeks at most. I have, however, received two bills with highlighted totals of what I owe for her "services." I am so incredibly unhappy with my experience that I made sure to make a point to write this review and hope that it is helpful for someone else.
