Dr. Miriam Kelley Bullard, MD

Dr. Miriam Bullard specializes in surgery and brings over three decades of medical expertise to her practice. She earned her medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of North Carolina Health System. With 31 years of experience in the field, Dr. Bullard has developed extensive knowledge in surgical care. She is multilingual, speaking Chinese, English, and Spanish to better serve diverse patient populations.

Dr. Bullard practices at several respected facilities including Wilma Chan Highland Hospital Campus in Oakland, San Leandro Hospital, and Alameda Hospital.
