Dr. Miriam Esther Busch

Saw Dr. Busch one time. Called to schedule an annual appointment and had to schedule 4 months out! A few weeks before my appointment, was called and told it needed to be rescheduled...two more months before I could be seen. Poor customer service. Asked if another doctor in the practice could see me and was told it would be a longer wait. No doctor is worth waiting 6 months to see for a regular, annual exam. Staff member who called me was friendly at first until I remarked that waiting that long for an annual did not work for me and to inactivate my records.

Dr. Busch was one of my surgeons who was involved in removing an ovarian cyst. The main surgeon, Dr. Desimone, cut a major artery during the operation. Although I was losing blood and had internal trauma, Dr. Busch ordered my hospital release on the second day after my operation. My blood count was falling and I was turning yellow, practically on my death bed. My husband objected to her release order. The hospital and doctors get rated by how fast the patients are released, and she only cared about that. Had my husband not objected to her I would have died. Shortly after he objected, I was brought into emergency surgery to stop the bleeding. Dr. Busch is one of the most negligent and careless doctors. I only wonder who else she has done this to.
