Dr. Miriam Dalton Martin, MD

This whole practice is horrible! Dr. Martin is only concern with you paying her. I paid for the wrong prescription and didn't realize it until I got home. I called the office for her to call in the correct prescription, and was told I need to schedule an appointment and pay a copay. Just to have her correct her mistake! I agreed to join her in a virtual meeting and she never joined. I then asked if she could just call me on my phone, she told the front desk she would call me the same day and never did. Dr. Martin will not call you directly because the virtual system is connected to a pay system, so I had a very strong feeling she was lying when she said she'll call. Here it is Friday, and I have the wrong prescription but she has happily started her weekend without a care for her patient. You try to support black businesses and this is exactly why most fail. And her front desk staff is horrible, which is a representation of the Dr.

Jamaica Thomas the receptionist is condescending has a passive attitude and this is from me scheduling my first appointment. The lady was rude the appointment slots are a month a way and she has the nerve to have a unreceptive tone to someone clearly stating things that she develops in her thought process as her being antagonized when your only giving information asked by her I’m not sure if her attitude came from actually working during these tough times but I called over a month ago to schedule this and I got the same energy I just hoped things changed and they switched back to working in office but obviously maybe all their staff is this rude to guest

Dr Martin has been my doctor for years and I’ve always been very happy with her. However in the last few years things have gone down; not necessarily with her as a doctor but her office hours and when she’s in the office. One minute she’s retired, then she’s back then she’s only in the office a few days a week, then she moves from place to place - and it’s almost impossible to get an appointment with her so don’t get sick. For these reasons, it’s time for me to move on.

Doc. Martin is an excellent physician. I initially found her by choosing a female doctor that was close by where I lived. I was her patient for about 3 or 4 years. When I changed jobs, she did not service my new medical insurer and so I found a female doctor in Laurel, MD. I just couldn't afford to go out of the insurance plan. When I changed jobs again, I went right back to her. Actually, I love her bedside manner and she is so easy to talk to. She has seen me through meningitis, lyme disease, weight gain & loss, and chronic pain. I trust her. I currently own a business and choose my company health plan. I will only choose a plan that she is a member of.

Dr. Martin is a great physician. I've been going to her for years. I'm not liking the change in location but service it's still the same. The staff are friendly and I have no problem with their professionalism.

Dr. Martin.....hands down the best caring Doctor around. I absolutely adore her. I most definitely would recommend her.

The physician is great based on what Inwas told; however, her admin staff is unprofessional, rude and very impolite. They need to be trained on how to politely and promptly treat customers who pay their salaries.

Dr. Martin is everything that a true Doctor should be...she should be commended for her level of professionalism, and patient commiment that she displays. I don't know more to say other than she is the complete package in medicine.I must add that she employees a staff of the same caliber as she is and they meet all expectations.

Dr. Martin has been my Doctor for 7 years and I would not have it any other way. She is very easy to talk to, she makes you feel so at ease. On my very first meeting I felt as if I had known her for years, she is very professional and down to Earth and that what I like. Now this is from a man...and we know how men feel about going to the Doctor.
