Dr. Miriam Liliana Schmidt Villanueva, MD

Do not go to this Dr!! She turned us into DCFS because our daughter missed a appt for vaccines due to my brothers funeral. Then missed the rescheduled appt because my mother passed away weeks later. Claimed medical neglect. Was followed by cps for a year. Dealt with threats of having my disabled daughter taken away. All to fast-forward a year later and DCFS said her claims were false filed and they apologized for all the stress they had put us through. She is a absolute nut. Never ever ever ever take your child here.

Dr. Schmidt has been so good with both of my children and is very thorough. She shows that she genuinely cares about the patient as a doctor. She takes her time, and will even go out of her way to call you back after hours which I appreciate much! I am happy I choose her because I am very picky on who provides care to my children, and with her I have absolutely no regret nor complaints.

Dr. Schmidt is the nicest Doctor I know i love her so much and want to be exactly like her when I grow up

Highly recommend Pediatrician explains diagnosis completely. Extremely helpful to obtain extra services like speech therapy.

Dr Schmidt has been my kids Dr for the past 10yrs 1/2. She is great with my boys, she is just a very caring not only with her patients but with the entire family. She's just Great and I wouldn't change Dr. for anything...

Dr. Schmidt is a fine pediatrician for basic vaccinations and childhood ailments. But she likes to order expensive, unnecessary testing; if she suggests anything out of the ordinary for your child, insist upon getting a second opinion first. Our daughter was always the picture of health, with no health issues beyond the usual sniffles and an occasional ear infection, but Dr. Schmidt ordered up two CAT scans and an MRI, plus needless blood work, before we realized what was up and found another doctor.

Dr. Schmidt is one of the best Pediatricians around. She is very friendly and caring. Both of my children are extremely comfortable with her care.

I am thrilled to have Dr Schmidt and her staff take care of my son's medical needs. The staff are "real" people that I can relate to. I switched to her many years ago from another office whose staff called my son "the patient" after visiting for his whole first year. Dr Schmidt is extremely thorough and I appreciate her genuineness and care for my health as can be 6 year old son. She will continue to be his doctor for many years to come.

Dr. Schmidt is the best doctor i have ever met. She is my sons doctor and has been since he was born. She was my husbands pediatrician and now she is my sons pediatrician and she really is as good and caring like my husband told me she would.
