Absolutely love Dr. Thomas! But the office staff is very rude. The Manager/Owner & the receptionist that works on Tuesdays was not helpful at all. I was told to drop off a report For my daughter by the receptionist and they refused to take the report and or even help me. The one receptionist stormed off yelling to the top of her lungs, “I can’t hear my patient”, because me and the manager were speaking which was very unprofessional and down right rude. The manager wouldn’t let me speak to the doctor that was in the office. She made me feel very uncomfortable and proceeded to tell me, “I’m the owner”. So basically my kids that are patients there didn’t matter. Mind you All I wanted to do was leave my daughter’s report there. I’ve never been treated like this by a doctor’s office. I’ve worked in the medical field for 12 years myself and I would never ever treat any patient this way. Best believe I’ll be finding another doctors office that has bedside manners and are willing to help.

lease be aware! I brought my son to Doctor Thomas from the day he was born and nothing but billing issues! I ended up leaving their practice by 6 months and will not go back or recommend! They attempted to charge us for multiple doctor visits under different issues to get additional money out of the insurance company and us, they would put regular checkup visits in as sick visits and say they were unable to change the cost code. Complete frauds. Their concern should be about making sure our children are healthy not penny pinching their customers for money. Shame on them.
