We travel a 5 hout round trip to our appointments because we do not want to change doctors. Dr Dr Skorupka saved my life & my husbands life because she believed us when we thought something was wrong and went the extra mile to get us answers. Any yes, in each instance, we had cancer which went undetected by others. Dr Skorupka is the best. She listens and is a straight shooter. You may not like what she says but usually she is right on target.

I originally saw Dr. Skorupka for a very specific issue that I was experiencing with my foot. Dr. Skorupka had slim to no interest in taking the time to thoroughly look into my situation to determine the root of the problem. She even suggested that I see me OBGYN as I was 4 weeks postpartum. When I asked her why i should see my OB for my foot pain, she was unable to provide me with a clear answer. She had no interest in helping me and preferred to push me off to the next doctor instead. She pressured me to obtain a CT scan but could not explain thoroughly why I needed one, even after I expressed my explicit concern about excessive radiation. When I told her that I would like to speak with a specialist first, she said that she would make the appointment for me. Shortly after I received a call from the specialist, only to find out that Dr. Skorupka did nothing but trash talk me to the specialist (which the receptionist told me) because I wanted a second opinonz As a side note, I probably… would not have needed a second opinion if Dr. Skorupka even slightly explained the need for the test that she was requesting. When I called her back to schedule the CT scan Dr. Skorupka was nasty and impatient. I did the test the next day, even feeling uncomfortable about it. Dr. Skorupka made this test seem like it was of the utmost importance but failed to call me back with my test results for 4 days! I am very disappointed with the lack of empathy, knowledge, respect and professionalism that this doctor had. If you have an appointment with her, cancel it! You will feel horrible after.

Dr. Skorupka has been my doctor for the past 3 years now. She has been respectful and responsive during all of my visits and has always followed up with recommendations.

Dr Skorupka is in my opinion a wonderful dr. She is a delight when I go to see her. She is compassionate & caring.
