5/5, very friendly and personable! I felt that I was able to address all questions and/ concerns I had without feeling rushed! The entire office was welcomimg and friendly, starting with the front desk staff to the clinical staff, laboratoryand checkout staff.

I started seeing Dr. Patel after not being heard at a local office in Brooklet. He immediately said you have medicare you need to do this this and this. Whereas the office in Brooklet said nothing about these test. I told of a concern I had over a medical issue. He immediately said let me look at the issue. Sent a referral and I had the issue taken care of. He listened to my concern and with compassion. My daughter went to a couple of visits with me. She loved his demeanor and now he is her Dr as well. Great doctor!

I arrived for a normal follow up in an acute kidney stone crisis. Worst pain of my life and admittedly was quite rude to his front desk staff. Everyone was very professional and helped get me to the ER quickly. This was my 4th visit to this office and have nothing but great experiences there. Excellent care, recommend 100%

I went to see Dr Patel after my coworkers realized I didn’t have a primary care physician. Half of my office goes to see him. They told me how well he listens to your concerns and is attentive. My coworkers are right! Excellent physician that doesn’t rush through your appointment. He also makes it easy to send him a quick chat through their patient portal.

Always great experience. Listens to what you’d like to try, doesn’t jump to medication unless it’s absolutely needed. Great Doctor!
