Dr. Mitchell Adler

I've been going to Dr. Adler for 10 years and have been very satisfied with his dental care.

Please Stay away from this office. I didn't have insurance so I went to another place where they took my x rays and said I needed a root canal on my right upper tooth and also had some cavities. Few months later I got insurance and went to this office. After the x rays were done Dr. Adler said he is not sure if I need a root canal because they cannot tell from the x-rays so anyway I went in the week after to get work done. He said I had a lot of decay and did some work and said he was all done and I didn't have to come back. So when I went home I was in so much pain but I thought it was because he did a lot of work and maybe it was just tooth sensitivity. So then the pain got better but didn't go away completely. So I went back two weeks later and this time he said there was an old filling that needed to be replaced . So I went home and was still in pain. I went back to the office and they took more x rays and he said they see a cavity that they didn't see before on the bottom tooth.… So I told him what about my upper tooth because I am feeling pain going all the to my head and I think I need a root canal and he was like "well yes you do and I will have to recommend you to someone". Then he was about to work on my cavity and I told him I am leaving and do not want to get anymore work done here. He said "well have a nice day" and I said" I have been in pain for 1 month and now you are telling me I need a root canal and you are going to recommend someone" I told him I an going to file a complaint. Also The first time that I went the assistant wrote down that she did cleaning on my teeth when she never did. I am going to call my insurance and complain. I am still in pain. I made an appointment for next week at a new dentist recommended by my sister in law. I never write reviews but I felt like I had to this time. Horrible experience.

Dr. Adler is a real gem. He is an excellent dentist, very kind and warm demeanor towards his patients, treatment is always on point and the staff is one of the best around. Great dentist and staff overall.

I have been going to DR Adler for over 18 years and i think he is the best there is.

Stay away from this office.Old room settings,unpleasant staff and Most of all unsatisfactory job.It may look best deal,but you will pay for your mistake letter.
