I don't know how I was lucky enough to find this doctor. He is such a gift to his profession, his patients and the community. I realize that sounds a little over the top, but I just can't say enough about this man. The reason I gave a 3-star instead of 4-star rating to the wait time is because Dr Forman spends whatever time he needs to spend with EACH of his patients. Of course that will make the wait time a little longer but when it's your turn, he does the same for you. I'm going to lose him now because my Medicare plan won't accept his "urgent care" status. I'm absolutely heartbroken. I'll never find another doctor like this one. The stars only line up perfectly once in your life. I'll miss you, Dr. Forman. You are the BEST! Thank you for a wonderful two years of the best medical care I've ever had in my life (and I'm 65 yrs old!).

Dr. Forman is a gift to this community. Even though it is an urgent care, he cares about you as a true family doctor

I had recently moved to the area and knew no one to ask for a doctor referral. The stars were aligned just right and I ran across Dr. Mitchell Forman and New Tampa Urgent Care. He diagnosed (correctly) a blood clot and put me in the hospital immediately. His follow up was (and is) thorough and compassionate. His office staff is excellent also. My thanks and appreciation to this wonderful and caring man.

I've been visiting Dr. Forman for several years now, and am always impressed by the stark contrast between him and most other doctors I've encountered. He listens, is patient with questions, has a personality, and displays empathy. In addition to outstanding manners, he is also top-notch at accurately figuring out the issue at hand and getting me on my way to recovery.

Dr. Forman is a great doctor. His urgent care center is perfect for after hours appointments. He always takes care of any problems I show up with for myself or my children. I trust his diagnosis and care.
