NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING, PHONES ARE NOT ANSWERED, THEN ANSWERED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY (NO OFFENSE) & AGAIN, ROUND & ROUND WE GO! WORST PLACE EVER - ALL LICENSES SHOULD BE REVOKED NOW!

2nd appt with Dr Gold. would have rated first 3 stars. first impression was arrogance and self promotion. i was a bit disturbed by abundance of posters in recep area of military rifles and hand guns. but neither observation would greatly concern me if he satisfied my medical needs..first visit was mostly get to know each other chat . overall not overly impressed and bit disappointed overall. the second visit was most unprofessional dialogue i have ever been a party to. it was the day POTUS visit to border wall..when asked how my day was going, i replied that was depressing to watch the division of our country over shutdown and construction of a border wall. that was my only comment.. i did not, repeat, did not give my opinion for or against the wall. mr gold immediately went into a tirade and gave this unasked for opinion.." the wall must be built and not only that but put machine guns on wall" that is quote word for word i know staff at outer desk heard the comment also. when i… asked him if he was willing to shoot people who were destitute and starving he responded " if they were illegals, yes" my comments here have been totally accurate and in context and i stand behind them 100%. i will not be going back to this physician. so i have put my experience on record and i feel i have done the proper thing in doing so. This office doesn't care about their patients. I spent OVER two hours on hold and they never answered the phone!!!! Doesn't matter which office you call. If you want to get help from a doctor, you won't get it here because you can't even schedule an appointment!

First of all, it's almost impossible to make an appointment because they never answer the phone! I spent an hour on hold when I called and no one ever picked up! Didn't matter which office I called. Then, when I did finally get a hold of some one I didn't even get to see a doctor- which is what I requested! Anytime you want to see a doctor they just give you an incompetent nurse practitioner. A NP is not a doctor! If you want to get what you are there for (a doctor), or even to get your call answered- don't go here.

ABSOLUTELEY THE WORSE PLACE TO GO WHEN YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR. WEDNESDAY 10/25 MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 3:15 AND WHEN I ARRIVED, ON TIME, THEY TOLD ME THE WAIT WAS 60-90 MINUTES. SO I HAD TO RESCHEDULE TO FRIDAY 10/27 AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT AT 8:15 SO I COULD BE THE 2ND PERSON TO BE SEEN FOR THE DAY AND THIS TIME THEY WERE 38 MINUTES LATE. THE OFFICE MANAGER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW "IT'S OK FOR THEM TO BE 45 MINUTES LATE. I JUST HAVE TO WAIT. THEN SHE HUNG UP. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DR, Gold is very rude man treated me like I was scum there is much more att this time I will not go into everything this point I ask u to change Dr Gold much more help people don't put them down you're good DR' deep down a good Pearson

When I met him for the first time I "hello" in a friendly manner, he only gave me a long,disgusted stare. I couldn't think what was wrong, and assumed he was possibly joking. I used to have another doctor with a crazy sense of humor. So giggled a little, {I have a sense of humor}. But then Dr. Gold only went "YEAHHHH". I had no idea what o think of that. I should have just walked out. It was as if there was instant-hate, but why ? He never warmed up either. I don't like to instantly judge anyone, I gave him a chance but he never showed any real respect or friendliness. I saw him one more time after that and he was condescending and unfriendly. At his age he ought to know better than to judge people on sight ? I looked fairly normal though. Can't imagine what his issues were. Weird,bad experience and shame on him.

He's a great Doctor. He's thorough, caring, and empathetic. Both my mother and father are patients of his as well.

The wait time seems to be a little long. Even after called in I seem to have to wait 10-15 minutes before he actually comes into the room to see me. His time with me seems to be OK but if he could spend a little more time with me and ask me some questions I think it would be good. Follow-up is excellent and he always makes me feel comfortable with him.

he never called with test results, never told me or family members who also saw him to make apt to get result. he doesn't follow through. you have to keep calling to get answers.
