Logged into Kiosk 4 my 88 year old Mom & signed in 12 min. early at 1:03 for a 1:15PM appt. Waited in main waiting area until 1:45 name was not called. Asked front desk. No one looked up to say may I help you. When I asked if they could check they never responded verbally, asked again, then just said we are checking. 10 min. later I went back up & asked again if they were going to see my Mom, waited, Girl came & shook her head not even responding. I asked again they said no. Waited 1 hour and still wasn't seen. Front staff was rude and indifferent. Doctor didn’t care even after phone call. No compassion.

I had an excellent experience and plan to continue seeing Gutshall as my primary. As well as refer others.

Dr. Gutshall is very through and compassionate.

Doesn't listen to the patient at all. Apparently he is a numbers guy,as he stated. So why not be an CPA instead and do us all a favor!

I would not go to him. I want to him for a few years, but everything he does is by the textbook. I needed to get an antibiotic, and he would not give it to me. I had to go to another medical center to get the antibiotic. The doctor at the other medical center gave me a strong antibiotic to fight a sinus infection and bronchitis. He does not listen to his patients at all.

He is okay if you are text book theory patient. If you have a condition outside of the box. He is not good !He refuses to read anything and has deaf ears !

I had to change my primary care physician, and chose Dr. Gutshall.I am so happy I did. He has a wonderful bedside manner (important to me) and does not rush you. I feel very comfortable with him.

My husband and I have both changed our primary care doctor to Dr. Gutshall. You can get an appointment within less than 24 hours in most cases and there has never been more than a five minute wait to be seen. He is extremely thorough, caring, personable, and spends enough time making sure everything is covered during your visit. We never feel rushed and he doesn't hesitate to defer to a specialist for questions, especially since my husband is a transplant patient. We are SO glad we changed primary care physicians and found Dr. Gutshall!
