Dr. Mitchell Brian Lowenstein

The office staff does not seem organized. I had to call the office 3 times for my xray results and finally found out that they were not sent out 2 weeks earlier like they were supposed to be even though I specifically asked the nurse if she was sure they were sent. This caused further delay in starting a new medication. Also would not refill medications without another office visit- had seen them 3 months earlier and my blood work was up to date. I did not feel like they are in it for the patient's best interest. I know of 2 employees that left within the 3 months that I was going there. Seemed like a lot of turn over. That may have something to do with the lack of communication. The doctor seemed nice enough but I felt like I had to repeat myself too much. My visits didn't feel personalized.

It is difficult to describe just how rude and insensitive this doctor was to me. I could never recommend him.

He does not like to be interrupted while writing or reading. You have to try to remember what it is you wanted to as or mention a symton to him until he is completely done.
