I just had a Dr.’s visit with the famed Dr. Mitchell Meyerson in Riverhead. His office, progressive as always, offers virtual (on line) consultations and they ask you to wait in your car instead of the waiting room. I was reminded of how important it is to support our local businesses right now. I’m healthy and not of the age where my life is danger and his office has safety precautions in place to remain open. We must keep an eye on the economic impact this virus is having on small businesses because they are the backbone of our Country. Be smart: shop local, visit your Dr’s office, get take out when you can.

I have been using this office for years for skin cancer screening as I am in the sun alot. No problems. I have had problems with the billing dept. Weird hours and the office manager won't help. Wendy is the only one I will see. Others have been dismissive with my symptoms. I have yet to find relief and won't be going back other than for skin cancer screenings. This office desperately needs to update to the new technology available.

From start to finish a very positive experience. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Saw PA who was friendly and informative. Explanations and answers complete and easily understood. Couldn't have felt more comfortable .

Wait Time is unpredictable in waiting room

The wait time is consistant - even first thing in the morning. Full body scan? I was admonished that i did not say these words whne I made the appointment. And how would I know? If it's important I should think the receptionist would ask at the time I made the appointment. It seems everthing is "suspicious". I got tired of it all

The staff is wonderful except for the medical biller. Very rude, she never returned any of my phone calls regarding the bills. The biller billed the wrong insurance company. Called her to correct the problem gave her the correct information and still she was billing the wrong company. Very nasty and rude!!!!!

the wait time is long, did not take care of the issue after repeatred visits, had to go to a different doctor to resolve the skin issue.

After yet again experiencing over an hour wait to be told there were 2 more patients in front of me, I left. Both he and his staff can't seem to manage his time. It is rude. However, he is a good doctor but his staff does not follow up with office visits after procedures. Something is clearly lacking in his practice. I would suggest the first appointment of the day or call before walking in the door to get a 'time check'!

Much too long a wait. No concern for patients time.
