Dr Lotia was so disconnected from receiving any feedback or thoughts other than his I felt verbally assaulted when I left. He is a know it all and does not hear any feedback. Indifferent and uncaring.

Dr. Lotia took his time to explain my symptoms in detail. He was very respectful of my symptoms and took his time to go over each of these symptoms. He simplified the diagnosis and treatment plan for me. He made sure that provided options for my conditions and helped me make the decision together. I appreciate everything that he and his team does for me.

I work for the hospital and was treated by Dr. Lotia after being admitted for a post lumbar puncture complication. Not only did he not listen to me as a patient, he treated me as if I were a child incapable of understanding anything regarding my own health. I have a team of neurologists at UAMS I've worked with for a year more than this man and he did not consult them once, and he diagnosed me with an unrelated neurological condition within 10 minutes of meeting me. Additionally, despite multiple requests to speak to a cardiologist regarding my extremely low heart rate, I was denied. I waited 3 days for him to order a blood patch-- a quick and easy solution to the issue I was having. Despite being on staff myself, he treated me as if I were drug seeking, and denied pain medication and my regular daily medication, causing me to go through withdrawal. In summary-- I wouldn't trust him with my health and have lodged a formal complaint with the institution.

He was awful. I have never been to a doctor that was so full of himself and not interested in why I was there. Then he scheduled my next appointment for FOUR months from now. I had to wait 4 months for this appt. I will write a letter to Dr. Archer complaining that I was treated like crap. Sharon Cotten
