I found out that other doctors go to her for care! Very sincere and caring and professional. Very knowledgeable of OBGYN conditions and meds. Down-to-earth. Gives good eye contact, speaks clearly, listens well.Calm and trustworthy. Comfortable and confident to have her as a physician.

I love Dr. Mitra personally and professionally. I wish that as my primary GYN it would be easier for me to get an appointment, especially if I am calling with an emergency issue. The staff doesnt take time to assist when you call and usually dismisses my issues with ease. They NEVER return phone calls, I don't want to switch doctors but at this point its almost necessary.

Dr. Mitra is the best GYN I have been treated by. She is kind & caring & seems to really care. The office staff on the other hand should take an office etiquette & time management classes for appointment scheduling

The receptionist is terrible to deal with. My appointments are always wrong and then I end up waiting forever - one time I waited over 2 1/2 hours, and it wasn't because Dr. Mitra was delivering a baby. The receptionist says it is your fault the appointment is messed up even though I always had my appointment cards with me as proof to her error. I brought this to Dr. Mitra's attention, and she acknowledged it HAS been a problem reported by others but nothing was done. I am switching doctors now which is scary since I am almost in my 3rd trimester. Dr. Mitra is nice and I could deal with the wait if it wasn't for the rude receptionist.
