Dr. Mladen Djurasovic, MD

I was in a lot of pain for many years, lower back, sciatic nerve, my whole leg would go numb. I went to a chiropractor for years which now I know made it worse. I should have had a MRI first. Dr. Dj took an MRI that showed my cartilage from a collapsed vertebrae going into my spinal column. It was not good news but I finally had an answer to my pain and he said he could help me. I told him that I couldn’t live like this, the every day pain was to much. The surgery was scheduled about 6 weeks later. I was walking the next day after surgery down the hallway. There was pain from the surgery but the other pain I was used to was gone. The first 6 months, I made sure I didn’t lift more than a gallon of milk, I walked everyday. The second 6 months I would do exercises which really helped but still no lifting more than 20lbs. It has been 5 years and I am still pain free! I cannot thank Dr. Djurasovic enough, he is a wonderful surgeon.

The first time I meet him it's like I connected with him in our first visit. He wasn't the type of doctor who wasn't in and out in 5 minutes. He answered every question I asked. Dr. Djurasovic had a really good bedside manner, he made sure that myself & my wife was aware of every step of my back surgery. I feel really good about him and I would highly recommend him to anybody that needs this type of surgery done ( back surgery).

My experience with Dr. Djurasovic and his staff (especially his assistant Heather Howard) was extremely satisfying in every way possible. He spent more than adequate time with me discussing my potential procedure in my neck. He was caring had one of the best bedside manner I've ever encountered and spoke to me and answered all of my questions until I fully understood my situation. I would highly recommend him as a doctor. The care and genuine concern I received from Dr. Djurasovic and Heather was above my expectations.

I had a Lumbar Spine Fusion performed by Dr Mladen Djurasovic. It has been 4 months since my surgery and I am doing fantastic. It is so nice to be able to stand up straight and with little or no pain. I'm very fortunate to have such a wonderful, caring surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr Djurasovic and if I had it to do all over again, I would have Dr Djurasovic perform my surgery.
