Dr. Mohamad Khair F Khasawneh, MD

Dr. Mohamad Khair Khasawneh is a medical oncologist and hematologist who specializes in treating blood disorders and various forms of cancer. He completed his residency at Saint Vincent Charity Hospital in 2006, followed by multiple fellowships that enhanced his expertise in his field. His fellowship training includes programs at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2007 and the University at Buffalo School of Medicine, where he completed fellowships in 2010 and 2011. Dr. Khasawneh provides care in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Khasawneh practices at Ronald McDonald Children's Hospital of Loyola University Medical Center and sees patients at locations in Tinley Park and Berwyn, Illinois. He treats patients with prostate cancer, including those with recurrent disease, and liver cancer. His clinical work includes performing diagnostic tests such as alkaline phosphatase levels, arterial blood gas analysis, and calcium blood tests to monitor patient health and treatment progress.
