Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Ali, MD

On June 20th I went to the sleep clinic for a sleep test. I arrived at 8:00PM. No one showed up for about 20 mins. The facilities were shabby & the sleeping room was clinical. After sleeping through most of the night; I was tld they had enough data to proceed and I could go home. It’s been over two months… I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY TEST RESULTS, after multiple calls from my referring doctor, myself and my insurance company. Don’t waste your time like I did!

The front desk staff is unnecessarily aggressive and lies to patients. It doesn't matter how skilled the doctor is if his staff lies, talks over clients, or is rude or demeaning. I began my call by asking the office manager to inform them of a HIPPA violation. After explaining, I walked into the office midday, unlocked and unattended for over 10 minutes. I also voiced other concerns and that I was debating switching clinics based on previous experiences. In return, I was treated in a manner I've never experienced in any professional setting. Obviously, this person had zero customer service skills, nor were they a supervisor. When I asked for their name and to speak with the office manager, they refused to provide their name. Then, they became increasingly aggressive and disrespectful, knowing that I would switch providers and file the HIPPA violation if it continued. They continued to be verbally abusive and then transferred me to an unnamed voicemail (i didn't think it belonged to… the office manager). This is after my partner, and I have called at least six times trying to schedule my first appointment. They are so incompetent at basic administrative tasks that I have no idea how this doctor has stayed in business. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I don't know if Dr. Ali believes this, but his front office assuredly does not.

Excellent physician who saved my life.

Terrible administrator and not altogether straight-forward with patients. I would not trust this doctor with my pulmonary needs. He failed to submit orders for a necessary CT Scan and then tried to rationalize that it was not his responsibility to do so. His administrative liabilities make him a liability to patients.

Dr Ali and his staff is AWESOME! His new location is great along with his new sleep lab.

Dr Ali was very courteous and efficient with my visit. He asked questions and was very attentive to my responses. Quick to advise minimal test and gave quick responses to the test as follow up. Excellent choice.
