We were referred to Dr. Elhammady by a family member who had the privilege of working with him and so we reached out to him for a consultation for my mother who had several brain tumors that needed to be removed. We went to see him and drove 2 hours north from where we live. To our surprise he took his time in reviewing the information and explaining it to us; he shows compassion to the patient and family members, as well as, understands the anxiety that occurs when faced with surgery. God has blessed Dr. Elhammady with gifts and talents beyond his age. We will miss his bedside manner. I had a menengioma removed in 2011 it grew back, the surgeon who did the surgery is no longer in Florida. I had to find a new surgeon my brother and daughter found dr. Elhammady, he took me immediately I had an appointment in less than three days. Since all my M.R.I.'S and surgery were at the same hospital he got all my records when I got in for my first visit he was prepared as if I had been his patient all along. He spent a long time with me and explained all my options you could feel the confidence this man has. His bed side manor is awesome he got the whole tumor this time. I gave his name and number to a family member who is in need of brain surgery. Dr. Elhammady is incredible I recommend him to all.

Dr. Elhammady was very informative and described the upcoming surgery for my brain aneurysm so my family and I knew what to expect. He is incredibly compassionate and very knowledgeable. I owe him my life and am so happy to have found such a wonderful Dr. and man.

Excellent surgical results with L5-S1 herniated disc. Could not be more pleased. No pain.

I was having pain from my back down my rt leg. My foot would fall asleep too. I went to four surgeons before Dr. Elhammady. His staff was friendly and He spent over 30 minutes patiently explaining in detail what was causing me the pain and options to alleviate it. My wife and I were very happy with the time he spent with us. The surgery went great. My recovery was much faster than I expected and the pain was minimal. I will always be thankful to Dr. Elhammady and his excellent care.

Dr. Elhammady has a wonderful compassionate bedside manner. He was precise and detailed in his communication regarding my meningioma tumor, my surgery and my recovery. He even followed up on an email by calling me to make sure I was okay.

This man changed my life. I couldn't ask for a better surgeon. He spent over an hour with me in my initial consult. He kept eye contact the entire time and truly listened to me. After surgery he stopped in to check on me twice a day everyday. You can't imagine better bedside manner and overall skill. He truly cares for his patients and even gives everyone his direct cellphone number to contact him whenever and for whatever reason. He is also a wonderful educator. After having back pain for over 16 years he still took the time to make sure I understood everything about the procedure. I had an L5-S1 fusion and am happy to say I have zero nerve pain. Poof! This man is so awesome

Dr Elhammady was thorough, kind , caring and compassionate. It took me 3 years to find a good neurosurgeon and thank God I found one! I would highly recommended Dr Elhammady to my family, friends or anyone that wants a kind and compassionate Dr. with excellent experience and knowledge.

I have suffered with severe migraines for the past year or so, to the point where it felt like my skull was going to explode! I had been seeing a neurologist for months and finally was scheduled for an MRI. The results came back that I had a Chiari Malformation (basically your brain is being pushed through the base of your skull compressing your spinal cord). I made appointments with several doctors before deciding on Dr. Elhammady. From the first appointment to surgery to the follow up visits he blew my expectations out of the water. I have been known to walk out of appointments mid-way through due to doctors being incompetent or rude, he was nothing like that. He got to know me not only as a patient but as a human being. I went back for surgery at 7:30am and woke up in recovery at 2:30pm. After resting and family visits, Dr. Elhammady came in my at 4am to check on my progress and to see if I needed anything. My doctors in the past have NEVER done that, especially after almost 24… hours of straight working! Highly recommended!!!
