Can't return phone calls or confirm your appointment time. Why would I have any faith in the Doctor

Im not sure why all these patients are complaining about, but i had a great experience with this doctor and his staff. I got through to make an appointment the first time, had no issues at all getting to the office, the staff was great, friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Elkotb was very nice and professional, he answered all my questions, he was clear on what i need to do and when i need to follow up. Now who ever is not happy are probably those patients that were unable to get the meds that they came in for, because as i understand the doctor doesnt give out narcotic madication unless he thinks it is medicaly necessary and all the testing have been done which show that the patient needs the medicine. I would deffinately recommend this doctor, he has alot of experience, he knows what he is doing, and he will make sure that his pateints are getting the medical treatment that is necessarry to avoid any unnecessarry treatment or medications. Thank you!

Terrible! He took NO time with me and just prescribed fiorecet, topiramate and sumnatriptan... I had gone to the hospital for a hemi migraine and they said that i needed to get into a neurologist asap to have scans done. NONE WERE TAKEN. I tried to ask questions about my migraines (How to prevent it, and what was causing them etc) none were answered with proper answers. "Its normal". Obviously if it is landing me in the hospital its not. Took forever to get into his office for a visit, and they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. So hard to book an appointment... Will not recomend to anyone who wants to find answers to their issues, he doesnt care.

How this man is a doctor is beyond me. He put my son's health in jeopardy by issuing an incomplete prescription (he didn't list his own name or pill quantity) for a seizure medication. When I called from the pharmacy to ask for his help, he told me to call his office the next day and hung up on me. Avoid him at all costs!

Showed up at 2:30pm after we were told to expect him on rounds ~ 7am. Discharged my son from the hospital but left no notes and told no one but me and my son. He didn't return numerous calls from the nurse who was trying to confirm the discharge and obtain prescription info. After 3 hours, my son had to leave w/o medications after having had 4 seizures the prior day. Avoid this "docto" at all costs. He doesn't care about his patients one iota.

Worst service I have EVER received from a doctor! He had ZERO interest in my condition. Has ZERO empathy or respect for my time or condition. He made it clear that he had better things to do with his time then to be treating patience. Has a SEVER God complex. If you are referred here use caution! Ask for another referral from your insurance agent.
