The worst doctor on the planet. Stuffs you full of as much medication as he can manage to, after speaking with you for two minutes. If you have a question, the response is usually a contemptuous, "So you're the doctor now?" Kicks you when you're down, drops you if you question him more times than his monumental vanity can tolerate. Beware of this man - he couldn't care less about anyone other than himself. And his wallet.

One of the best psychiatrist, very professional, listened to me and prescribed medication that worked!

Dr. Elrafei treated my daughter who has a masters degree from an ivy league school but was depressed and almost bedridden for 6 months--the TMS therapy was great and his manor was superb--and the treatment worked--she had been treated by two other really good psychiatrists with drugs and it wasn't working--in my view Dr. Elrafei performed a miracle--it was absolutely terrific and I am not prone to saying such things--it really worked

Dr Elrafai is the kindest most compassionate dr I have seen. It has taken 5 yrs to find a good dr.

Dr Elrafei is an amazing doctor. Since I have been seeing him he has helped me tremendously. The wait time in the office is long however he doesn't rush you out from the visit. Bedside manner is great and if u needed him before your next appt, all you have to do it call. Office staff is great as well.
