Dr. Mohammad Diab, MD

First impressions of those working the front desk was that they were not interested in being there. From that point, things continued to go downhill. Medical assistant asked about medications that I took and then proceeded to write those down on a post-it note. Dr. came in and asked "Why are you here today." So, how does one answer that? How about "You tell me?" He did not do a full body scan but did look at my neck and did two biopsies to send away for pathology report. Other than that, nothing else was looked at. Dr. talked a lot but really said very little that was note-worthy. I asked about places on my face and head that appeared to need attention, but he was dismissive about those. I expressed my concern because my Father had melanoma. In the past, a dermatologist has done a body scan, treated places that needed attention or scheduled for further procedure and follow-up. Dr. Diab fell short--very short. My first clue should have been the lack of interest from the office… staff. Needless to say, I will not be back. Go elsewhere for dermatological care.

Failed to explain what he was prescribing, dismissed questions about alternative options. Wouldn't recommend

Very thorough and very personable

I’ve been his patient for over seven years and In over a dozen or so visits In all that time he’s talked to me maybe ten minutes. Good luck getting someone from his practice to return a call.

In a 5 minute office visit, he talked more about Bob Marley dying from skin cancer on the bottom of his foo than he did talking about me. Went in for a full body scan and he didn't even ask me to take off my shirt.

Will be finding a new doctor. Very rude. To busy to answer question.

He barely talked to me about what I might have, the medication, how it works, why is my hair falling out..He really didn't want to spend any time with me. I am a pharmacist so I know the lingo and i know bad health care and this was bad.

The doctor has an adequate bedside manner. However, I think he could be a little more thorough by taking a closer look at the patient's skin particularly asking them to remove clothing. The biggest problem is scheduling. Their system is incapable of booking appointments close together. So, they'll book you at a certain time but tell you to come at another time and then expect you to remember that a month later. Appt reminders are sent as text messages w/the wrong time, which they tell you to ignore. When you come in at the wrong time, they are polite and professional on the surface, but you can tell behind the scenes they are put out.

Was very pleased with his bed side manor. Very compassionate and concerned.

He is wonderful, kind and very easy to talk to, excellent.
